Aspect Defects1. color differenceColor difference most likely appears in plain fabric. The plain fabrics are generally dyed together in the dye machines. The color suction effect is easy to cause the difference on the different parts on the aspect. The different parts after dyed will look different. As a professional factory, the color difference test is an item which must be carried out in FQC, we have to control according to standard gray card and judge whether the quality reach the international standard or not.2. oil defect & dirty defectOil defect and dirty defect are mainly caused during the production and machines. Sometimes the dirty defects can not be avoided especially for gray cloth. But if the fabric is finished products, we assure the fabric is 99.86% clean. The only exception is that workers roll fabrics. Normally customers can require less than 3 defects in 100 meters as the quality level.3. unparallel weftUnparallel weft is that the weft yarn is not perpendicular to the warp yarn in fabric. The most common unparallel weft situations are left unparallel, right unparallel, the middle convex and the middle concave. The degree of unparallel weft is measured by the indicator of unparallel weft rate.4. shrinkageFabric shrinkage is an important indicator. In most cases, the shrinkage is positive, after treated with water or heat, the fabric will shrink; some fabric will enlarge after used or water dip, the shrinkage will be negative. There are many factors to influence the shrinkage of fabric, like the big shrinkage of raw material, or the process tension is not controlled not well when weaving and finishing treatment. In this field, cotton fabric's shrinkage will be controlled under 5%; polyester fabric's shrinkage will be controlled under 3%. But we consider the shrinkage before manufacture. If the shrinkage is over 3%, we will take the responsibility of this problem and retreat and produce for customers. Or we can pay the money for customer to improve it.
